Mission Statement

The mission of the Citizen Law Enforcement Anti-Graffiti Initiative (CLEA-GI) is to mitigate the issue of graffiti vandalism with rapid response, education and prevention.

CLEA-GI supports responsible retailing, physical diversionary activities, diversion programs, restorative justice principles, mentoring and meaningful consequences.
